近期發現有不肖人士假冒「上銀科技股份有限公司」（以下簡稱上銀科技）名義，使用虛假不實之上銀公司名片，透過LINE、Facebook 等通訊軟體聯繫廠商，聲稱有業務配合需求，或要求點擊、操作不明網頁，試圖詐騙。

上銀科技特此提醒，並嚴正聲明如下：

一、 廠商若接獲陌生人員傳送或提供之上銀公司名片，聲稱有業務配合需求，或要求點擊、操作網頁，或進行任何交易時，請務必進行妥適之身份查核，並請謹慎注意個人或公司資料保護，以免遭不法人士詐騙。

二、 對於任何冒用上銀科技名義，進行詐騙或索取個人／公司資料、資金或貨物的行為，本公司將依法追究相關民、刑事責任，絕不寬貸。

三、 提醒社會大眾，若接獲可疑訊息或不明人士聯繫，請立即撥打警政署反詐騙諮詢專線 165，或向警察機關尋求協助，以避免受騙。

HIWIN Technologies Corp. has recently become aware of fraudulent activities involving individuals impersonating the Company. These individuals have been using falsified business cards and contacting vendors via LINE, Facebook, and other platforms. They falsely claim to seek business cooperation or request recipients to click on or interact with unknown websites in an attempt to carry out scams.

HIWIN hereby issues the following reminder and formal statement:

If you receive HIWIN business cards or messages from unfamiliar individuals claiming to seek business cooperation, requesting you to click on links or access websites, or initiating any transactions, please ensure proper identity verification and remain vigilant to protect your personal and company information to avoid falling victim to fraud.

HIWIN will take firm action and pursue all applicable civil and criminal liability to the fullest extent permitted by law against any fraudulent activities or attempts to obtain personal/company information, funds, or goods by misusing the name of HIWIN.

We urge the public to immediately call the National Police Agency’s Anti-Fraud Hotline 165 or seek assistance from law enforcement authorities upon receiving any suspicious messages or contact from unknown individuals.
