隱私權保護政策及個資蒐集處理利用告知事項
上銀科技股份有限公司及其關係企業(下稱「上銀」) 尊重並承諾保護使用者的個人隱私，上銀致力遵循關於保護使用者個人隱私及個人資料安全之相關法令要求。本隱私權保護政策及個資蒐集處理利用告知書(下稱「本政策」)將幫助使用者了解上銀如何蒐集、使用及保護上銀透過上銀產品及服務自使用者所取得的個人資料，上銀亦將說明上銀如何揭露、傳輸使用者的個人資料及其對象。若使用者為未成年人，使用者應於使用者的父母親(或監護人)同意後方得使用本服務。
若使用者未成年，請於提供個人資料前須徵得您的父母親(或監護人)之同意。
1. 個資蒐集處理與利用
當使用者使用本網站時，上銀可能會蒐集使用者因為使用上銀產品及服務及透過上銀網站應徵職務而提供給上銀的個人資料。以下為整體而言，上銀透過本網站，可能蒐集的個人資料項目以及蒐集個人資料原因的彙整說明。另外，在某些國家，為了避免不當地蒐集及使用未成年人的個人資料，上銀可能需請使用者額外提供使用者的年齡或使用者父母親（或監護人）的聯絡資料以取得其同意。此外，當使用者使用本網站時，上銀亦可能會蒐集無法辨識使用者個人身分的去識別化資料。

1.2. 上銀所蒐集的個人資料類別（代號及項目名稱嗣後如經法務部公告變更，亦隨同變更之）
HIWIN collects your personal information to record and assist you in using selected service. The personal information provided by you also helps HIWIN provide you with information on product upgrade and other products and service of HIWIN and specific third parties.
1.3. 個人資料利用之期間、地區及對象
HIWIN recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information collected on the Website. If you do not want the information you provide to HIWIN to be used to inform you of other products or services available from HIWIN, and you indicate this preference when you provide your personal information to HIWIN, HIWIN will honor your preference. In addition, HIWIN may selectively provide certain information for you. 1.4. 就上銀保有的使用者個人資料，使用者得行使下列權利

For example, for customer relationship management purpose, HIWIN may retain your personal information within adequate and reasonable period; to comply with tax laws or other law and regulations, HIWIN may retain your personal information within the period requested by such laws and regulations; to follow requests from governments or judiciary for purposes such as investigation or lawsuit, HIWIN may retain your personal information for longer retention period. Moreover, if you wish to withdraw your previous consent to collect your personal information from HIWIN, HIWIN will stop collecting your personal information by your request and will only retain your personal information collected before such request for withdrawal.

上銀了解保護兒童隱私的重要性，尤其是在網路環境方面。上銀知道，未滿18歲的用戶可能無法對個人資訊的處理提出有效的同意。因此上銀的網站設計並不鎖定未滿18歲的兒童。

如未經有效驗證的家長同意或法律允許，上銀不會蓄意蒐集、使用或分享未成年人的個人資訊。若經家長或法律監護人同意，未成年人則可透過HIWIN ID或任何其他帳戶註冊使用上銀的服務。父母或監護人可以透過第10條「聯絡資訊」中的聯絡資訊與上銀聯繫，藉此審閱、修改或刪除未成年人的個人資訊，亦得撤銷同意。
